Camille Maratchi is an Emmy Award-Winning producer, director and executive with 20 years of experience in high-end unscripted storytelling. With expertise spanning documentaries, live formats, studio shows, docu-series, and short-form content, Camille has a proven track record of delivering premium content that resonates with audiences across multiple platforms.
As Vice President of Unscripted & Documentaries at The SpringHill Company, Camille develops and produces unscripted series and feature documentaries for a variety of networks including HBO’s Emmy Award-Winning series The Shop. Her work is also featured on Netflix, Prime Video, NBC/Peacock, ESPN+, and Roku. While at the SpringHill Company, she was also the Showrunner and Director of original and branded content for the company’s owned platforms.
Prior to joining SpringHill, Camille served as Producer and Associate Creative Director at HBO Sports, where she produced the Emmy Award-Winning series 24/7 and more than 100 live boxing telecasts. She was also responsible for the creative direction and brand management of HBO Sports and its iconic franchises. With her innovative ideas and visually dynamic approach, Camille was instrumental in redesigning the network’s signature properties, including HBO Boxing, 24/7, Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel, and The Fight Game with Jim Lampley. Additionally, she designed and developed the on-air graphics package for the historic, record-breaking Pay-Per-View fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, a pioneering collaboration between HBO and Showtime.
